ATM TANK MANUFACTURER: ATM tank is a device used to collect the drain water into tank such as gland steam and air ejector steam. ATM tank involved in the processing system is connected to the condensor outlet, while the steam enter into the condensor using cooling water the steam is condensate and back as drain water and then collected into the storage tank. we designed and manufacturing ATM tank for BARGE POWER PLANT in marine application, first we done design validation under third party inspection and then move on to our customer approval design thereafter we proceed manufacturing of ATM Tank. BAFFLES COOLING SYSTEM done this project with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) through out the project. we designed AMT with stainless steel SS316 grade with 18mm thickness for satisfied our customer requirement based on ASME latest edition.
